Please inform us, if you need an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application. The administration and mailing of the invitation letter takes about 30 days. For this reason, please allow at least 60 days for this process prior the conference. In order to send you the invitation letter we need to have the payment of the registration fee and the accomodation (in case of bank transfer please count 2 weeks for the arrival of the money, in case of credit card payment 2-3 weeks for the revision of the bank). Please note that the Hungarian Immigration might demand other documentation like authentication of your institute, Curriculum Vitae, documentation of publications, etc.
